1. Shipping Coverage

We provide shipping and delivery services across India and selected international locations. Availability may vary depending on regulatory requirements, serviceability, and logistics partners.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch Time: Products are dispatched within 3-4 business days, subject to stock availability and project requirements.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: Lead time for custom or bulk orders will be communicated upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We use reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, transportation mode, and order type:

  • Standard Delivery- 5 to 7 business days Domestic (India)

  • Express Delivery-3 business days Selected metro cities

  • International Shipping- 5 to 7 business days Selected international locations.

Note: Delivery timelines may be subject to unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regulatory clearances, or disruptions in logistics services.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location.

  • International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination, shipping mode, and applicable customs duties.

  • Free Shipping: Certain orders may qualify for free shipping based on ongoing offers or bulk purchases.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email/SMS/whatsapp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted zones.

  • Hazardous or regulated materials may require additional documentation and approvals.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes, which must be borne by the recipient.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In case of damaged shipments, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and initiate a resolution accordingly.

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the logistics provider to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to investigation.
