At Shreeji Global Ventures, we are committed to providing transparent, competitive, and fair pricing for our petrol pump development and modernization solutions under Nexus Energy Systems. Our pricing structure is designed to ensure clarity, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while maintaining the highest quality of service.

Payment Terms & Conditions

To facilitate smooth transactions, we adhere to the following payment policies:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total project cost is required before project initiation.

• Milestone-Based Payments: Payments are structured based on the completion of predefined project phases, with invoices issued at each stage.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled prior to project completion and handover.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through multiple secure channels, including:

✔ Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI)
✔ Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
✔ UPI & QR Code Payments
✔ Cheque Payments (subject to prior approval)

Taxes & Additional Charges

• All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST and other applicable government taxes.

• Any additional costs arising from regulatory permits, compliance requirements, or external approvals will be billed separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

• Cancellations made after the commencement of a project will be subject to cancellation charges as per the contractual agreement.

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 45 working days from the official cancellation request.
