Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

• 1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

• The lucky draw is open to residents of India.

• Employees and immediate family members of the Retail outlet and IndianOil are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry:

• a. Entry into the lucky draw is free.

• b. Participants may enter by SMS or filling out a form via QR code after making a purchase.

• c. Only one entry from one mobile number in a day will be taken for draw. First entry for day will be considered.

  3. Prize:

• a. The prize for the lucky draw is Bike, TV, Mobile, Electric kettle and electric iron.

• b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• c. One customer is eligible for one prize only.

  4. Drawing:

• a. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• b. The drawing will take place online.

• c. The winner will be notified by SMS and phone call within 7 days after the drawing.

  5. Acceptance of Prize:

• a. The winner must accept the prize within 15 days of being notified.

• b. Failure to accept the prize within the specified period will result in the selection of a new winner.

  6. Publicity:

• a. By participating, the winner agrees to allow IOCL to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

  7. Privacy:

• a. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the lucky draw and will not be shared with third parties.

• b. IOCL is not taking any warranty or guarantee of product distributed in lucky draw. The services will be as per product’s company and their warranty policy.

• c.Entering incorrect Invoice number and amount will be disqualified and will not be considered for prize.

• d.Customers must retain invoice copy or e-receipt for verification.
